Primary 5,6 and 7 all attended the Small Worlds Workshop which helped them understand the lives of Refugees, Asylum Seekers and Migrants. The 5 visitors were from Somalia, China, Italy, Canada and Malaysia. The children were intrigued with some of the stories that our visitors had to tell of their lives in their own countries, some of which involved war and death. The feedback from the children was amazing and definitely a very thought provoking session. Many thanks to our hosts and we wish them well in their future in Belfast.
